Description: This timely webinar will provide an overview of e-mail risks facing litigators, law firms, in-house legal counsel, and clients. Jerry will share best practices for e-mail management and discuss how new e-discovery rulings impact business-as-usual. Participants will walk away with tips & tools that they can put to work immediately for their clients as well as their own law firms and companies.
Presenter: Jerry Silver is a 20-year corporate attorney and a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar. Jerry has built and run public and private companies in the healthcare and technology areas. He has spent a majority of his professional career as founder, CEO, financial advisor or consultant to both public and private companies. Jerry is an expert in applications of messaging technology in relation to electronic discovery, admissibility of e-mail evidence, and the case law and statutes involving e-mail in dispute resolution situations. He currently serves as Director of Corporate Development for RPost. Jerry received his BA degree from the University of Richmond and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law (Penn State).
