Part 1: Implementing an Effective Technology University

Adult learning theory suggests a number of different learning styles, all of which should be addressed in an effective firm university. Traveling Coaches will share the experience of hundreds of firms and ways to deliver measurably smarter users through a variety of knowledge transfer points including classroom, distance learning, eLearning, one-on-one coaching and peer instruction.
Part 2: If You Build It Will They Come? Keeping the University Thriving
TutorPro will present successful strategies to drive users to the Learning Management System. We will explore methods law firms employ to keep users interested and involved in the learning process of their On Line University.
