GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Entry forms and any supporting documentation should be submitted electronically to ILTAAwards@iltanet.org. Information provided with this application will be disclosed to the panel of judges composed of Peer Group Steering Committee members (specific to each application), ILTA volunteer leaders and staff on a strictly confidential basis and exclusively for the purpose of judging ILTA’s Distinguished Peer Awards. ILTA cannot return any documentation provided for submission. For further details or assistance please contact us at ILTAAwards@iltanet.org.

RULES OF ENTRY

1. All questions on the application form must be completed.
2. Entries will close on June 25, 2010. No entries will be accepted after that date. 
3. No communication between the entrant and the judges will be conducted once an entry has been submitted. 
4. The judges’ decision will be final. 
5. ILTA is not liable for any costs incurred by applicants during their judging process.

JUDGING PROCEDURE

1. Each completed entry will be evaluated by a panel of judges composed of ILTA peers, volunteer leaders and staff. 
2. Applicants will be notified by July 10, 2010 whether their names are on the Awards Short List. The nominees on the Awards Short List will be advised of the timing for the interview process with the judging panel. The Awards Short List names will be posted on the ILTA Distinguished Peer Awards website.
3. Award winners will be announced at dinner on August 26, 2010 at ILTA’s annual conference, ILTA 2010: Strategic Unity. Short List nominees are encouraged to attend the dinner to accept the award in person.

RECOGNITION

1. Short List Nominees will be invited to attend a reception with ILTA officers on August 26, 2010.
2. Receipt of the Award at the Awards Dinner on August 26, 2010
3. Photo with ILTA’s Board of Directors
4. Publication on the ILTA Distinguished Peer Awards website
5. Publication in ILTA’s electronic news and Peer to Peer magazine
6. Publication in ILTA’s press release
7. Recognition letter to winner’s management
8. Use of branded awards signature block in correspondence
