This individual provides value to their organization in managing or administering applications and standards for the management of content across the enterprise, including any or all of the following:

• ECM vendor-specific products
• Document collaboration
• Matter/practice-centricity
• E-mail management
• Storage management
• Virtual deal rooms or extranets
