Criteria
This individual provides value to their organization in knowledge management, including any or all of the following:
- Managing or administering client-facing KM tools (extranets, etc.)
- Data mining
- Enterprise search
- Expertise location
- Taxonomy/folksonomy systems
- Legal research and social networking
