Criteria
This individual provides value to their organization in knowledge management, including any or all of the following:

• Managing or administering client-facing KM tools (extranets, etc.)
• Data mining
• Enterprise search
• Expertise location
• Taxonomy/folksonomy systems
• Legal research and social networking
