The appointment of Strategic Relationship Liaisons (SRLs) recognizes the importance of key vendor relationships and addresses that need. Each SRL is a seasoned volunteer who is assigned to manage the relationship with a key vendor, allowing us to continue meaningful dialog. As a liaison, they:

• Advocate for our members when issues arise
• Facilitate vendor connections to support educational and product programming
• Provide feedback from our members in future product/service development
• Ensure that ILTA is involved in standard-setting initiatives
