Speaker:
Alison Grounds is a partner-elect in the litigation section of Troutman Sanders LLP, where she is the co-founder and leader of the firm’s e-discovery and data management practice team. Alison serves as a firmwide resource on e-discovery issues, including counseling clients regarding litigation readiness and effective management of ESI in litigation. She designs cost-effective and case-specific e-discovery strategies that leverage technology. Alison can be reached at alison.grounds@troutmansanders.com.

Christopher Acosta is the Litigation Support Manager at Nossaman LLP, where he consults the firm’s Litigation Department and its clients on technical and strategic issues regarding electronic discovery, data governance and efficiencies in project management. Christopher is responsible for the firmwide coordination and promotion of litigation technology, the identification and evaluation of new litigation technology products and services and the management of litigation practice support staff. Holly Bilderback  is manager of operations for the Faegre & Benson Client Technology Solutions department. In this role, Holly monitors quality, consistency, and efficiency to ensure delivery of a cost-effective and high quality work product for our clients as well as to enhance department performance and results.
