Training Interest Group - User Adoption, Education and Document Production Issues

30 March, 2017
11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. BST

Lunch will be provided.

Description:
We're teaming up with LTC4, UKDEG and the Legal IT Training Network for an event specifically focusing on user adoption, education and document production issues. It's our first joint event, and we're delighted to be working closely with Jo Humber. Jo has a great track record of putting on specialist training events and has already nearly filled the venue through existing contacts, but we've secured a few places for the chosen ILTA few!

This will be an open forum allowing an opportunity for you to ask questions of the panel and the other participants. We hope you'll join us for this great session along with lunch and networking.

Presenters:
Sarah Chipping
, ILTA's UK Programme Office Manager, will give an introduction to ILTA.

Chris Davies of iTrain Direct -- Brabners' training provider, and Michael Wells of Fladgate LLP will present the experience of two law firms that have aligned their training programmes to the LTC4 Learning Plans.

Sue Pasfield is a founding member of LTC4 and the Director of Capensys, which specialises in blended training for law firms. She will address security awareness.

Clare Waller is a specialist in document production and an active member of the UK Document Excellence Group (UKDEG), which is dedicated to developing best practice and promoting excellence through knowledge and collaboration.
