lnterAct with InterAction: Best Practices for Attaining Attorney Buy-In

Description:
Making the most of a customer relationship management (CRM) system in a law firm requires the active participation of all key stakeholders. But that's often easier said than done -- especially when it comes to the firm's attorneys.

Join our webinar presenter, Pamela J. Babst, as she reveals the best practices she's developed for successfully achieving attorney buy-in for CRM. Among other things, you'll learn the three most important rules for getting attorneys onboard and in step with your CRM program:

  • Keep it simple - start with minimal capabilities then incorporate additional functionality
  • Keep it personal - from an initial overview of InterAction, to the process of going live and all training
  • Promote value - deliverance of good, quality data, capture as much as you can and seize every opportunity to highlight successes
