Millennials and Beyond: Prepare for Your Future Colleagues

Description:
In previous sessions, we've covered generational differences and how generations affect the workplace, as well as the challenges of multi-generational teams. In this virtual roundtable, we'll go a bit deeper into the psychology of the millennial generation to better understand key aspects like perceived entitlement, recognition and job satisfaction. We'll touch on how these components play into future jobs and take a glimpse at generations beyond Millennials to explore how we begin to prepare for the future.
