Starting and Optimizing Knowledge Management Programs: Perspectives Across the Spectrum

Description:
Knowledge management (KM) comes in many shapes and sizes, and no one KM solution fits all. The trick to establishing and growing a successful, sustainable KM program is to customize your program and your efforts. Easy to say, but often not so easy to do. In this webinar, panelists representing a wide range of experience and firm size will share insight and lessons learned along their individual KM paths. And, who knows -- you may find you're already practicing KM in some ways you hadn't even realized!

Moderator:
Tom Baldwin
is a Partner at Fireman & Company. Over his 20-year career in the legal industry, he has become a globally recognized thought leader and expert in practice management and economics, information management, legal technology and knowledge management.
