Tom Baldwin is a Partner at Fireman & Company. Over his 20-year career in the legal industry, he has become a globally recognized thought leader and expert in practice management and economics, information management, legal technology and knowledge management. He has previously served as CIO or CKO for leading Am Law 100 firms Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, Reed Smith LLP and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. Tom was inducted as a Fellow into the College of Law Practice Management in 2016, and was named on the National Law Journal's inaugural list of 50 Business of Law Trailblazers & Pioneers in 2013.

Cindy Thurston Bare is the Director of Knowledge Management at Orrick, a firm known for innovation and collaboration. With over 15 years of experience leading people and projects in large global law firms, Cindy enhances client service through technology and process innovation. Her current projects include experience collection, developing a next-generation intranet and introducing cloud technologies for collaboration and business development. Cindy was previously the director of knowledge development at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where her team was one of the first in the legal industry to create custom, collaborative extranets to help clients address business problems.
Philip Bryce is the Global Director of Knowledge Management at Mayer Brown LLP. He holds a law degree, was a law clerk for the late Hon. T.F. Gilroy Daly in the District of Connecticut and spent nearly five years as a litigation associate with what was then Bingham, Dana & Gould. Prior to his recent move to Mayer Brown, Philip was knowledge resources counsel at White & Case and the manager of knowledge resources at Debevoise & Plimpton.
Michael Dov Nogroski, the Director of Practice Innovations at Chapman, oversees strategic initiatives to develop technology systems and processes that promote the collective knowledge of the firm, reduce risk, and increase efficiency and collaboration. Michael works directly with firm management, attorneys, information services, professional development and other departments to develop the firm's knowledge and advanced technology strategy.
Holly M. Riccio is the Knowledge Management Director at Nossaman LLP, where she manages the development and implementation of innovative strategic initiatives and oversees all aspects of daily library operations. With over two decades of experience in law firms and legal information, she works closely with firm leaders to assess current strategies and develop new ones to enhance the delivery of client service and introduce innovative efficiency tools and resources. Holly has been involved in legal information professional associations throughout her career, most recently as President of the American Association of Law Libraries.
