We're teaming up with LTC4, UKDEG and the Legal IT Training Network and coming to Birmingham with an event specifically focusing on user adoption, education, security awareness and document production issues. Working closely with consultant Jo Humber, we've put together an agenda that should have strong appeal for those with training and learning and development responsibilities. Key takeaways will include:

• How to structure your technology training programmes for maximum appeal and effectiveness
• Achieving buy-in from key stakeholders for training initiatives
• How best practice in document formatting can improve productivity
• Help with dealing with key cyber security issues
