is the Chief Information Officer at Jackson Kelly PLLC and has over 30 years of experience in the field of legal automation. Jeffrey is also editor of the popular PinHawk Law Technology Daily Digest, a respected thought leader in the legal technology community and a frequent educational speaker at industry conferences.

Panel:
Aaron Kincer
is a Network Engineer at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. He has over 18 years of IT experience spanning the legal, pharmaceutical, automotive logistics, environmental management, BPO, state government and printer manufacturing industries, ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 500 domestic and global companies. Aaron's role at Baker Donelson currently involves server automation and private cloud architecture.

Jason Kopacko is the Network Engineer for Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, where he manages all things Cisco, including Cisco ISE, Sourcefire, ACS, routing and switching, BGP, network disaster recovery, VPN and more. With over 22 years of experience with large Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as IBM, Xerox and Hilton Hotels, he has been responsible for design and architecture solutions on a national and global scale. Jason holds over 15 different certifications and is an adjunct instructor for a Memphis, TN college. Previously, he was a law enforcement officer for 10 years.

Travis Roberts is the IT Infrastructure Manager at Bowman and Brooke LLP, a nationally recognized trial firm with one of the largest product liability practices in the country. He has over 17 years of IT experience in the legal, pharmaceutical and marketing industries, and has worked with IT hardware manufacturers and managed service providers. Travis has held numerous technical certifications over the span of his career from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Cisco.

Kevin Sullivan is the Director of Technology at Cohen & Grigsby and has over 30 years of experience in technology. Prior to joining the firm, he designed local and wide area voice and data networks for the U.S. Marine Corps, Charles Schwab & Co., DuPont and over 50 law firms. Kevin is a member of the ILTA Program Planning Council and a frequent speaker at ILTA and ALA events. His articles have been published in several technology and business magazines.
