Lisa Harchuck Popadic, the Director of Legal Business Development at Seclore Technology, meets with law firm professionals and in-house legal departments on best practices for mitigating data security risk and implementing powerful analytics and insightful workflows. A veteran in all facets of e-discovery, she was previously a senior litigation paralegal in law firms for over 23 years and has led teams in international and domestic collections, developed preservation protocols and data mapping, managed review processes and coordinated electronic productions. While working with Sedona Working Group 11 in the data security and privacy breach section, she recognized a need for technology that protects intellectual property at rest, encrypts data outside network firewalls and provides an audit function for investigations. Lisa is the President of the Board for the New England Litigation Technology Professionals (NELTP), a non-profit organization providing educational panels on emerging trends in litigation technology and e-discovery.
