Peer Insight on Skill Up Training Programs

Description:
Implementing a skill up or assessment program can be a challenging project to navigate for any firm. In this two-part virtual roundtable series, our experienced panel and members will share ideas for developing a program, implementation strategies, what your firm can expect, tools and materials to use and possible rewards. During our first session, we'll focus on these topics:

  • Why does a firm want a skill up or assessment program?
  • How do you get buy in?
  • Should the program be mandatory?

We look forward to speaking with you all, hearing about your individual experiences and answering your questions.
