Randy Steere has three master's degrees: Pipe Organ Performance (Yale), Divinity (Yale) and Computer Sciences (RPI). He was the IT director of a mid-sized firm for seven years before moving to Boston and starting his consulting and software company. While an IT director he has served on the Board of Directors of ILTA, has co-chaired the ILTA conference and served many years on the ILTA conference committee.
As a consultant, he has worked internally as a project manager implementing time and billing systems, and has consulted with hundreds of firms throughout the US, Canada, England and beyond on all aspects of law firm accounting and ancillary programs.
As a software developer, Randy develops and markets over 5 products, all of which are leading-edge, visionary tools that have helped to transform the law firm environment into a more efficient operation.
