A strong team leader, I have managed judicial officers and court staff to achieve maximum productivity. With exceptional communication and relationship management skills, I am adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with legal counsel and external agencies. In addition to my legal expertise, I have Post Graduate Diplomas and experience managing Public Relations and hospitality for the court system and Computer Applications within ten legal system.
Currently I am a client advocate with the High Court of Kerala. This follows an extensive career in court administration with the High Court, most recently in the next highest executive role as Joint Registrar. In this role, I managed the subordinate judicial system for the entire state of Kerala, including the establishment of more than 25 new subordinate courts to improve the efficiency of the court system.
