Speakers:
Maria L. Smith is the Senior Manager of IT Business Analysis and Training for McDermott Will & Emery LLP. For over 20 years she has led teams in developing and implementing process and technology solutions for large global law firms. Maria has participated on several panels at LegalTech and ILTA, and is serving her third year on the ILTA conference committee.
Scott Reid is the Director of KM Innovation at Littler Mendelson PC. His department focuses on creating new client-facing employment law solutions, and assists the firm's attorneys with a process engineering approach to the delivery of legal services. Scott joined Littler in 2014 after 23 years as an attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, retiring as its first chief knowledge officer.
