For Immediate Release: (Chicago, IL): November 11, 2019: The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) announces the opening of the Leadership 3.0 seminar.
On Monday, December 2, ILTA will host Leadership 3.0, a half-day event, held in Washington, DC. This is ILTA’s sixth annual leadership development seminar inspired by Chief Warrant Officer Five Sharon T. Swartworth (deceased). Attendees will spend the afternoon learning from R. Patrick Huston, Brigadier General U.S. Army Office of the Judge Advocate General, as well as participate in workshops to develop their leadership skills.
ILTA CEO Joy Heath Rush reflects, “Sharon Swarthmore exemplified servant leadership. She earned that respect by working side-by-side with the “JAG guys“ (her team) and other ILTA volunteers. She never asked anyone to do anything she wouldn’t and couldn’t do herself.”
This event marks the first time ILTA will offer both an onsite attendance and a live-stream attendance option, along with a pay-as-you-wish fee structure.
