Press Release | ILTA Announces New Board of Directors for 2023-2025

(Chicago, IL) May 4, 2022 – The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), announces the Board of Directors for 2023-2025. 

The incoming Board will be seated at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on Thursday, August 24, 2023.

For the first time in ILTA history, the Board President, Tony McKenna of Howard Kennedy, is from outside of North America.

The recent election was held via a form of vetted open election, ratified by the members in October of 2022.  Full information on the vote, along with potential 2023-2025 Board biographies, was provided to the membership. 

Voting opened on April 3, 2023, and reached a conclusion on April 19, 2023.  The Designated Voter from each member entity in good standing as of midnight on March 31, 2023, received a link to the electronic ballots. 

The new ILTA Board of Directors will be as follows:
