Do you know what are the new revenue drivers and profitability levers?  In this session (Show Me The Money – Law Firm Business Models), learn how law firms have evolved to thrive in the time of alternative legal service providers, rise of the legal self-serve automation, and find out what it takes to drive a successful organization through the twenty-first century landscape.
• And finally – the most popular finance session at every year’s conference – the Finance Roundtable.  This is a very interactive session that is not being recorded.  This gives everyone a chance to freely share their thoughts, experiences and opinions.  In this session, the law firms staffing matters will be discussed. With the growing complexity of the business of law, come and hear new and exciting opportunities on the rise in law firm finance departments.  You will be able to share perspectives and explore opportunities for professional growth within your field and possibilities to expand your role.
