ILTA 2012? If you haven't, I would advise you to do it now. I believe if I am correct, the Gaylord resort is filling up fast. If you were like me last year and waited until the last opportunity, I lost and had to shuttle back and forth to the sessions making it difficult to fill out my bingo card. Ha ha.
Anyways, I want to introduce you a topic that I have the great opportunity to moderate entitled, "End of Training". It will be a panel discussion that will explore the complexities we do face in our training rooms throughout our law firms and how we may need to rethink our strategies going forward.
