Projects, Applications and Change Workshop Part I - Complexity - It's not Complicated
Change is risk – but it is also opportunity. Project and Programme management are the conventional tools for managing change, but cutting edge research at one of the UKs top Business Schools has identified that these conventional methods could be missing more than half the picture in the dynamic and “VUCA” (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) environments that we currently navigate. This session is a fast moving, high flying look at how organisations can significantly improve the management of change – and it’s also a lot of fun! In this session, delegates will assess their own projects and programmes and look at how to better enhance their performance.
This is an interactive session that will bring delegates working together as a group to develop and agree best practice tools that the delegates can use within their own Firm’s to support the Easy Adoption of Digital Change, through the Delivery, Planning and Implementation stages
