Joe Davis
has spent 17 years in legal IT and is a member of ILTA's Information Management Content Coordinating Team. A frequent speaker and author on AI and ECM, Joe has led applications teams at several law firms, and is currently consulting with a large corporate legal department.

Panel:
Jeffrey Brandt
is the Chief Information Officer at Jackson Kelly PLLC and has over 30 years of experience in the field of legal automation. Jeffrey is also the editor of the popular PinHawk Law Technology Daily Digest, a respected thought leader in the legal technology community and a frequent educational speaker at industry conferences.

David Clark, the IT Director for Kirton McConkie, has worked in the legal environment for almost 30 years. He was previously the IT director for Jones Waldo, a co-owner of CMJ, a VAR specializing in law firms and document management systems, and worked with the early software product SoftSolutions when it was still in beta status. An active ILTA member serving in many roles for over 17 years, David is currently ILTA's Strategic Relationship Liaison for NetDocuments.

Jim Merrifield is the firm-wide Information Governance Manager at Robinson & Cole LLP, a member of the firm's data privacy and security team, and a co-founder of InfoGovCon, an Information Coalition event, the first-ever conference focused exclusively on IG. Previously, he was the director of information governance at FileTrail. His experience includes deployment of enterprise programs, policy development and enforcement, creation of disposition programs and technology solution evaluation, and consulting to law firms and Fortune 500 companies. A respected advisor in the IG community, Jim is an active member of industry associations including the Information Coalition, ILTA, IAPP, AIIM and ARMA, and is a frequent writer and speaker on information governance and data privacy issues.
