Assisted Review: Tales from the TAR Side

Sponsored By: FTI Consulting

Description:
When done well, technology assisted review (TAR) can dramatically improve the legal review process and reduce ediscovery costs. The challenge is that despite the promise of predictive coding, many still have not used it. This webinar, presented by seasoned ediscovery experts with years of TAR experience, will provide a practical view into TAR use.

We'll discuss which types of cases work well for TAR and which don't, as well as how to staff the review team, defend the use of TAR and its results, train the model and translate the results. You'll learn about common TAR use cases and key 'gotchas', workflow best practices and lessons learned from previous high-profile TAR cases. Attendees will also receive a TAR preparation checklist.

Speakers:
Deepak Chheda
