Speakers

Julie Brown from Vorys has worked in legal technology -- both in-house and at law firms -- for more than 20 years. She has a paralegal degree, is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist and is certified in Viewpoint, Sanction, Law 5.0, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma. Julie sits on ILTA's Conference Committee, and received ILTA's Distinguished Peer Award for Litigation and Practice Support Professional of the Year in 2011.

Michael Quartararo is the Director of Litigation Support Services at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and the author of the book Project Management in Electronic Discovery: An Introduction to Core Principles of Legal Project Management and Leadership in eDiscovery. At Stroock, Mike oversees a full-service litigation support department, developing best practices and project-oriented protocols, and the design and delivery of training programs. He leads a staff of project managers who regularly consult with the firm's 300 attorneys and Fortune 500 clients on the use of technology, , and information governance. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), is a member of the National Advisory Board of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and is a liaison member to the EDRM Advisory Committee. Mike also teaches and project management at Bryan University and sits on the university's advisory board. Mike frequently writes and speaks on issues related to project management, , and litigation support.
