Speakers

Joshua Fireman is Fireman & Company's founder and President. He has practiced law with two of North America's largest law firms and was in-house counsel at a multi-billion dollar multinational corporation. Joshua is recognized as one of the leading experts in law firm strategic consulting and is a recognized thought leader in areas such as knowledge management and change management. With a decade of consulting experience, he has advised clients on the development of firm strategies, knowledge management, change management and client collaboration strategies, and has led complex engagements executing strategic plans, including the implementation and integration of portals, enterprise search, file, document and email management, and records management. Joshua is a frequent speaker at law firm retreats and industry conferences.

Rick Krzyminski has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry and has developed expertise in identifying and implementing technology that helps solve business problems. He helps lawyers streamline processes and utilize technologies to increase operational efficiency, minimize risk and cost, and improve collaboration and access to relevant information. By helping develop and execute on a KM plan, he helps corporate legal departments maximize value and adoption. Rick is the author of several articles on the subject of law firm websites and has spoken on topics related to SharePoint, governance, and search.

Charlotte Logullo is the Director of Practice & Client Solutions at Foley & Lardner LLP, leading a team focused on improving and supporting the delivery of legal services through innovation and enhancing the value received by the firm's clients. Her team leads the coordination of best practices and shared knowledge across departments, and supports strategic initiatives that facilitate and and financial effectiveness of client service delivery. This includes analysis to define or re-engineer business processes, maximizing the use of business applications, developing technology service products and providing service solutions within the firm and to clients. With over 20 years of experience in legal services, Charlotte speaks at conferences and peer organizations on the strategic use of technology for law firm clients. Foley has been honored by CIO magazine for technology innovation and by Information Week as one of 25 Innovators in Collaboration and was named to BTI Consulting Group's Tech-Savvy Team for providing technological prowess in serving clients.

Jennifer Mendez is Senior Manager of Knowledge Management Firm Solutions at Ogletree Deakins, a leading labor, and employment law firm. She focuses on internal KM initiatives, such as ODConnect, the firm's award-winning SharePoint intranet portal, enterprise search, document automation and other technologies to help streamline processes, and builds and fosters a culture of knowledge sharing. She also identifies, evaluates and approves the purchase of research materials and electronic resources. Starting out as a law librarian Jennifer has implemented many tools for lawyers over the years, including research databases, SharePoint, enterprise search, custom development applications and business development tools.
