Over the last 19 years, Vishal has held operational, consulting and leadership roles in enterprise knowledge management (KM) spanning business research, knowledge technology implementation and adoption, knowledge process outsourcing and social learning, including KM leadership roles at KPMG, EY and Akerman LLP.
Bradelynn Boyce-Dendy is the Learning & Development Dept. Manager at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. She leads technology education, is responsible for software and equipment testing and project management, and is dedicated to lifelong learning. With the firm for over 30 years, Bradelynn develops and consults on new technology, mobility and learning opportunities. Her legal, technological and educational knowledge paired with her creative, organizational and writing skills have brought users' technology skills to new heights, and are essential to successful deployments and the education and support of the firm's employees.
Sandra Craft is the Technical Trainer/e-Learning Developer at Perkins Coie LLP, where she conducts training sessions, writes documentation and designs videos. She has been with the firm for 21 years, the last 17 as a trainer. Sandra has previously served in many roles in the technology field, from information processing supervisor at KIRO-TV to programmer and customer support at the Army Corps of Engineers.
Elizabeth Greene is the Director of Learning and Development at Fennemore Craig, P.C., responsible for creating and managing staff retention and development programs, including rewards and recognition programs to instill a team-based culture within the firm. Elizabeth architects training program platforms to support continuous skills assessment and development, and measures the effectiveness of the firm's human resources programs.
