In this first discussion, we'll focus on the impact data analytics has in the pricing, legal project management, and accounting/finance realms as three ILTA members share their application of analytics within these departments and answer any questions you may have.

John Christenson has served Baker Donelson in various administrative roles for over 15 years, the last seven working closely with attorneys and firm management to analyze, develop and monitor innovative pricing arrangements for practice groups and industry service teams. As the firm's Director of Pricing, John provides critical analysis in evaluating existing business relationships, responding to RFPs and developing innovative pricing solutions to clients.
Tim Golden is the Head of Data Analytics for McGuireWoods LLP, an international law firm with over 1,000 attorneys in 23 offices. Tim has worked in the legal industry for 20 years, with a primary focus on delivering value, increasing transparency and reducing risk.
Ted Graham has spent the last 19 years working in various aspects of legal risk and knowledge management. He has worked at Ropes & Gray, WilmerHale and is now the Director of Business Relations for Brown Rudnick, where he oversees the conflicts/intake team and serves on the risk management, alternative fee arrangement, and conflicts committees. Ted also leads the firm's knowledge management task force, advising on KM, experience management, and pricing strategies.
