Invoice Process: Billing, Receiving and Collecting - What Goes On in the Back Office?

Description:
The invoice process is paramount to the legal operations, but is often pushed out of sight and out of mind. What actually goes in to making sure the client and firm have a successful financial relationship? How are various handshake deals made by in-house and outside counsel translated into formal documents, systems, and procedures? Does the process vary drastically from client to client or firm to firm? (Spoiler alert: Yes!) This webinar will cover several topics the legal operations, finance and accounting teams go through to make sure the invoice process is managed properly, and we learn from past experience. There is more to billing than just invoices and it’s all about communication!
