More and more ILTA members are making the switch to Microsoft Teams for voice. Those of us who are implementing Teams for voice run into all kinds of obstacles and for any number of reasons. Teams is not a traditional phone system. Teams is a rapidly evolving and changing solution, that puts us at the whims of Microsoft.
There are any number of features\functions that are poorly documented. Some functions simply do not exist. Teams is intertwined with other pieces of the Microsoft ecosystem in such a way that there are dependencies and prerequisites that do not apply with other phone systems.
