Change Management - The Role of the Innovation Influencer

When:  Mar 9, 2021 from 11:30 to 12:00 (ET)

Description

In the social media context, influencers are people who have built a reputation for their knowledge and expertise on a specific topic and generate large followings of enthusiastic, engaged people who pay close attention to their views.

In this 30 minute roundtable discussion, the panelists will share tips in how this technique can also work for law firms that are struggling to bridge the gap that exists between what clients want and what law firms can deliver. Acknowledging the social complexities of change and finding and rewarding influencers throughout the firm (which may come from a variety of roles in a variety of departments) results in better user acceptance and adoption of new tools and processes.

The panelists will also share what they do, highlight the struggles they have been through, how they have successfully been able to people to pivot, and additional things to get through their day.
