TITLE: The Right Stuff: Tech Interoperability with the Law Firm of the (Near) Future
Right now, we are hearing a lot about “doing more with less.” At ILTA, we are big fans of “doing the right stuff with what you have” – it’s not an issue of more or less. It’s an issue of priorities.
One of the best ways to do the “right stuff” is to leverage the full capabilities of technology you already have – that includes using tools together to create user-friendly, supportable, productive work flows.
In this session, we will discuss some opportunities for tech interoperability – how to identify those opportunities, how to pursue them with your business partners, and how to engage other groups within your organization to gain buy-in and resources for advancing interoperability.
