Ripped from the Headlines: Addressing The Well-Being of Lawyers and Administrative Professionals

In recent years, law firms, corporate law departments and legal associations have become increasingly concerned with lawyers'mental health. Since its September 2018 launch, over 150 organizations have signed the ABA's 7-Point Well-Being Pledge, which seeks to reduce depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, other mental health disorders, and drug and alcohol abuse, through a variety of efforts. In addition, ALM/ has launched a Mind Over Matters website to examine mental health in the legal profession through articles and podcasts and to compile leading resources.
