Please join ILTA's quarterly meeting for professionals in Knowledge Management for an in person meeting, moderated by your ILTA Special Interest Group Steering Committee.

Clients have long been interested in "value added" knowledge and technology offerings by their law firm advisors and highlighting KM and Innovation offerings is now a feature in many client proposals and pitches. Join us for an in person discussion about the opportunities and challenges associated with client facing knowledge (be that as a value added service or as a revenue generator). You will hear from the SIG Chairs and your peers about technology employed to facilitate sharing including extranets/portals, and explore trends in sharing client training, know-how and knowledge initiatives. As always, we will ask the forum to contribute to the conversation by sharing their experiences and challenges to date.

16:00-16:10 - Welcome and Introductions

16:10-17:30 - Discussion

17:30-18:15 - Grab a drink re-connect and discover new friends

This event is open to anyone working in a law firm or legal department. There is no cost to attend, however as places are limited we encourage you to only register if you are highly likely to attend.

Please note SIG meetings are specifically designed to foster healthy group conversation with questions that are discussion driven. We encourage attendance from those willing to share ideas and contribute to the discussion. Chatham house rules apply.
