Chris Giles is CEO at LegalRM, which creates market-leading software, services and solutions for records, risk and compliance management and serves some of the world largest law firms as well as blue chip organizations from other industry sectors.

Chris Francis has worked within corporate UK law firms for the past 23 years looking after hard copy records management. Whilst working within the legal sector he completed and graduated an MSc Econ in Records Management with his Thesis focused on the legal admissibility of the electronic records in regard to civil law in England and Wales. Since joining A&O in 2014 his focus has been on the digitization and the traceability of their hard copy records and how to reduce the impact that delays of misplacing that all important document could be to both the lawyers and the end client.
