Sponsored By: Mattern & Associates, LLC

Description:
The legal industry continues to weather sluggish demand and continued client pushback on fees and expenses. Cost recovery can be a tool that helps drive profitability and combat these pressures. The time to look at the future of your cost recovery strategy is now, but what data should your decisions be based on?

In this webinar, we will review key findings of the most current market data available from the Mattern & Associates 2016 Cost Recovery Survey. This highly regarded bi-annual survey provides the industry with the most comprehensive snapshot of firms' current practices in cost recovery -- and it now incorporates vital middle-office trends. We'll address key insights on firm practices in cost recovery and middle-office functions, including:

  • Key benchmarking data in traditional and non-traditional back-office cost recovery
  • Middle-office strategies for litigation support services, workflow and document processing
  • Case study examples of the practical application of various strategies
  • The future of successful cost-recovery strategies
