Slack will tell you it is a space that brings together all the formal conversations and chats of a company, where all communication, file sharing and conference calls take place. Come learn how the maverick use of Slack by a handful of ILTA volunteers organically lead to workflow management and eventually the adoption of Slack as ILTA’s internal communication platform. In this session we will discuss the workflows ILTA manages in Slack along the pros and cons we have experienced along the way.
