We are excited to be hosting our fourth ILTA Connect: Women in Legal Technology event taking place in March 2023. This time we are trialing the event virtually to allow more people to get involved. As always these events aim to provide you with the opportunity to connect, make new friends in the legal tech industry, and gain some insights into issues impacting you and your working life.
We will be carrying over the topic from our postponed event in November 2022 - so the question for today is 'How do we maintain a diverse and inclusive pipeline of new talent to support the female leaders of tomorrow?'
Our panel will discuss the challenges to recruiting and retaining women in the legal tech space, so we can create an impetus for ongoing improvement. We would be delighted if you could join us.

This event is open to anyone working in a law firm or legal department, so feel free to invite a colleague. There is no cost to attend and much to be gained.
