Everyone worries and feels anxious at times. But worry and anxiety can become overwhelming, restrictive, and disruptive, and these outcomes can be exacerbated in times of uncertainty. In this workshop, we will explore concrete strategies for dealing with the anxiety and uncertainty many of us are experiencing during this pandemic, especially as we prepare for restrictions to be lifted in our respective cities and grapple with our feelings about heading back to work.
