Please join us for an open roundtable discussion on how firms are supporting legal users. Topics will include:

What projects do you have coming up?
Are you trying any new training techniques or tools?
What creative solutions are you using improve training attendance?
What changes do you plan to make in staffing, support roles, and training?

This will be an informal discussion for those who handle or manage the helpdesk, training and technical support roles in their firms. We look forward to a productive and spirited conversation with our peers as we share information and gather ideas.

Moderator

Lisa Buckhalter, an Executive Director at Aztech Consulting, has led numerous training sessions on everything from Windows migrations and Microsoft Office upgrades to installations and upgrades. From her days as a trainer at Mintz Levin to her current role, Lisa has obtained a lot of practical, hands-on experience in legal training to help guide our conversation.
