Speakers

Bryant Isbell, the Director of Global Practice Support at Baker McKenzie, is an industry expert with over 15 years of experience focused on information governance, data privacy, full EDRM lifecycle execution and management, and data analytics. He has worked on numerous FCPA and other compliance investigations pursued by many foreign governments. Responsible for overseeing the collections of ESI and other evidentiary materials, as well as all production of documents to enforcement agencies and other counsel, Bryant handles all aspects of and forensics globally for Baker McKenzie.

Karen McGrath is the Service Design Lead at Baker McKenzie, where she supports the innovation committee, coordinating multiple global initiatives spanning the firm's strategy. Over the past year, Karen's focus has been on supporting the establishment of Baker McKenzie's service design function, a team working with clients to redesign existing and develop new services around their needs. Based on methodologies like design thinking, the approach to innovation being developed by the firm keeps clients at its core.
