ILTA Cybersecurity Awareness Roundtable

When:  Oct 15, 2020 from 13:00 to 14:00 (ET)

Description

A Roadmap to implementing Least Privilege/Zero Trust for Legal Join Jon Washburn and Matt McKinley as they continue the conversation from Client Audits Peer Roundtable and expand upon various cybersecurity controls, procedures and behaviors that can help establish a “zero trust” and “least privilege” architecture at your firm. Topics will include:

  • What does “zero trust” really mean?
  • Can I expand the “zero trust” philosophy beyond network architecture?
  • Why might I have to also implement “least privilege” as a precursor to Zero Trust?
  • How do I get firm leadership to buy in on implementing least privilege vs. an “open” architecture?
  • The 8 OECD Privacy Principles (and thus most privacy regulations) rely on a “minimum necessary” mindset. What compliance roadblocks might that create at my firm?
