Work from home makes difficult conversations even harder, but we still need to have those conversations.
Right now, with pandemic fears, home stresses, and societal unrest, difficult conversations feel more common – and more concerning.
In this session, we will discuss the challenges associated with difficult conversations – from both a leader and a “follower” perspective – and how to address those challenges, particularly in a remote work environment.
