ILTA Europe - Litigation Support SIG Meeting

ILTA would like to invite you to the next Litigation Support Special Interest Group event in London. This event will be a small in-person roundtable comprised exclusively of people responsible for the management of their Law firm's approach to Litigation technology. The event will be chaired by Emily Wyllie-Ballard, eDiscovery and Client Data Manager at RPC and will cover the following:

• Introductions
• New Data Types - What are people seeing more of?
  • Social Media - Tik Tok, Quest, Twitter, Facebook
  • Chat - Slack, WhatsApp, Yammer, WeChat, Teams, Trello
  • Audio - Voice notes
  • Internet - Wearables, Amazon Echo, Google Home, Smart car phone GPS
  • What tools are people using to preserve, collect, review these data types?
  • What do these tools do well?
  • Where could Software providers/Service providers do better to assist with these data types?
• Fluid Data
  • How are people managing email attachments as embedded links to live documents? Should you collect every version of the document?
  • Microsoft Loop - will it change the face of eDiscovery as we know it? Is this the end of the document?
• Conclusion
