Annotation in Action with the LINK Mobile App

When:  Mar 25, 2019 from 12:00 to 13:00 (ET)

Description

Mobile devices and annotation were made for each other. LINK makes it easy for your lawyers to annotate a document and share it with a client or colleague. Whether with an Apple Pencil or your finger, it’s simple to open a document and mark it up.

LINK’s in-app annotation includes irreversible redaction and signature, as well as highlight, strike-through, underline, shapes, stamps, add a note, text, photo, and more.

Since our LINK app is integrated with iManage Work®, NetDocuments®, Microsoft® OneDrive, and network file shares, you can open an Office or PDF document in any of these ECMs, annotate it, and then check it back into the ECM.

LINK is also integrated with Outlook. Therefore, for example, you can:
• Open an attachment
• Annotate it
• Bookmark the annotated pages
• Check the document into DMS or email it

This is a 30-minute webinar focused on a demo of annotating in our LINK app.

LINK is a secure container app. Lawyers open a document, annotate it, and email it or check it in, all in our single, encrypted app.

If you cannot attend, please register. We will send you a link to the recording after the webinar.

About LINK’s security:

LINK includes built-in biometric (or PIN code) second factor for quick, secure authentication. authentication is the Active Directory password.
