London: ILTA SIG Event - Litigation Support

Under the umbrella of ILTA, Andrew Haslam from Squire Patton Boggs, chair of the Litigation Support Special Interest Group, invites you to our next Litigation Support Special Interest Group Meeting.

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION INCLUDE:

• What do we think of the proposed CPR changes? We will take feedback on the night, and if need be, create a working party to continue collating our response with the aim of submitting an “ILTA viewpoint” to the rules group.
• What is a Litigation Support / eDisclosure project manager? We’d like to identify what people do, and how we can help them. This first session would focus on understanding what individuals do within their role.
• An ILTA standard eDisclosure exchange protocol. Most of us or have received, a protocol for the mechanics of exchanging electronic material during the production process. Given we share these with each other, would the group be interested in establishing a working party to combine the best elements of all the existing documents to produce a group agreed protocol and completion guide
