Developing Soft Skills for the Technologist

When:  Sep 26, 2018 from 15:00 to 16:00 (ET)

Description

Being an ediscovery / litigation support professional requires plenty of skills, from accurate budgeting to maintaining chain of custody. But what about the skills we don't talk about very much, the so-called "soft skills" like listening, coaching or delivering bad news? Those skills can be as important to your success in litigation support as technical skills are.

In this virtual roundtable, we'll exchange ideas for developing competencies that will make you a great asset to your organization, including how to enhance your relationships with your colleagues, have difficult conversations with vendors or clients and explain technical concepts to non-technical folks. Please read the article by our panelist Nikki MacCallum, Soft Skills That Are Not That Hard.
