Through a variety of technology roles centered upon user experience, I have analyzed systems to ensure that requirements are understood, training needs are met, and adoption is optimal.
In my current role, my focus lies in effectively communicating technology changes and impacts to our user base. I believe we must harmonize the needs of people, heart of a process, and advances in technology to support a technologically-empowered user base, and energize by communicating the real value that strategic technological change can bring them in their daily work experience.
