With a degree in computer programming my first job was to write code locked in an 8 x 8 office with no windows. I quickly came to realize I was not a programmer but needed human interaction, thus my entrance into the support world.
I have worked in all areas of support; help desk technician, network technician, help desk supervisor, desktop support manager, systems analyst/engineer. I am experienced in customer service and training in a legal IT environment and committed to providing quality service.
My favorite thing about support is watching the light bulb go off!
Some of my strengths are planning, testing and implementing software upgrades and project coordination/management.
